All 6 of our conference rooms benefit from natural daylight and we can accommodate for groups of 2 to 100 delegates.
This recently refurbished suit has an in-built 50 inch high defination monitor and benefits from natural daylight and it’s own W.C. facilities.
The Chaucer Conference Room can seat up to 18 in a boardroom setting, where you will be surrounded by beautiful wood paneling.
This conference room is situated on the first floor at the front of the Hotel and overlooks the Church grounds opposite the Hotel. There is space for up to 8 people boardroom style.
This is our smallest conference room but is ideal for interviews or small boardroom meetings for up to 6 people.
The Somerset Conference Room is situated on the first floor. This conference room can be set boardroom style for up to 30 delegates or for private dinners for 40 people. The Somerset room has the added advantage of having a fully stocked bar.
If a large conference space is required we can combine the Somerset and Avon rooms together to form the Sedgemoor Suite. This venue is perfect for exhibitions, large conferences and private parties. There is space in this room for up to 100 delegates.
The Avon Room is primarily used for conferences for up to 20 people boardroom style, or 50 people theatre style.
